Can you cancel or change a Farfetch order?

Changed your mind right after paying? Farfetch allows some changes, but only early.

Cancel quickly, before the order is being prepared. After that, it's a free return once it arrives.

1. 01Cancel before preparation

   You can cancel some items before the order is being prepared, from Orders & Returns in your account, or with your email and order number if you ordered as a guest.

2. 02Place a new order to add items

   Once an order is placed, you can't add new items to it: place a new order.

3. 03Check whether the address can change

   In My account › Orders & Returns you can see if your delivery address can still be changed. It may not be possible once items have shipped.

4. 04Too late? Return it

   If the order is already being prepared, it can't be cancelled, but returns are free once it arrives.
