Farfetch Final Sale: can you return it?
Final Sale pieces are often the most tempting. They are also the ones you can't send back.
Buy Final Sale only when you're sure of the size and the piece: returns are accepted only if it arrives damaged or faulty.
01Spot the Final Sale label
Final Sale items can't be returned, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered.
02Check size and fit twice
Open the Size Guide above the size menu and the Size & Fit tab on the product page for measurements, fit and cut. Designers size differently, so read each item's information.
03Report a fault straight away
If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or faulty, contact customer service instead of starting a normal return.
Common mistakes
- Buying a Final Sale piece to try a new brand's sizing.
- Treating Final Sale like a normal 30-day return.
