Ordering from several boutiques on Farfetch: what changes?

A Farfetch bag can hold pieces from different brands and boutiques. You pay once, but the rest happens seller by seller.

One payment, several parcels. Keep each box and label apart if you return anything.

1. 01Expect separate parcels

   If you order from several brands and partner boutiques, your items arrive separately. Farfetch sends tracking and an estimated delivery date for each one.

2. 02Pay one delivery price when it applies

   Above a certain order value, Farfetch offers a flat delivery cost, so items from several origins can ship for one delivery price.

3. 03Return each parcel separately

   For items that arrived in separate boxes from different sellers, prepare each return parcel separately and stick the matching return label on each Farfetch box. Book a collection for each return from your account; one courier can take several parcels.
