How promotions work on Farfetch

Farfetch runs promotions, with rules that surprise many buyers. Here they are, from its FAQ.

A promotion applies to eligible sellers and items only, and two offers usually don't stack.

1. 01Check the item is eligible

   Promotions apply only to certain brands and items. Items tagged as eligible or listed on a promotion page usually qualify. If a minimum spend is required, it must be reached in one transaction.

2. 02Know why a size can be excluded

   If your size comes from a brand or boutique that isn't taking part in the promotion, the discount doesn't apply to it.

3. 03Don't stack offers

   Some promotions can't be combined: if two are available, you choose one. Expired offers can't be reactivated, and offers can't be exchanged for cash.

4. 04Hear about offers first

   Farfetch sends exclusive offers and early sale access to newsletter subscribers. Access members find their offers in their Access space.
