How long does a Farfetch refund take?

Once your parcel is on its way back, the question is when the money comes back. Farfetch gives the timings on its returns page.

Up to 6 calendar days to process once the return is received, then up to 14 days to show on your account.

1. 01Wait for the seller to receive it

   Once the brand or boutique receives your return, processing the refund can take up to 6 calendar days. You get an email when the return is accepted and the refund confirmed.

2. 02Allow for your bank

   Refunds go to the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

3. 03Or choose account credit

   You can choose Farfetch account credit instead. It expires after 5 years, can't be transferred and applies automatically to your next purchase.
