02Read the authenticity promise
Farfetch says its selection comes from leading luxury brands and boutiques worldwide, and that it guarantees the authenticity of the items. Orders arrive in a protective Farfetch box, with the brand's dust bag or box when the brand provides one.
03Check what the US price includes
The United States is a DDP destination: the applicable duties are included in the price you pay, with nothing more to pay on delivery. Farfetch doesn't collect sales tax in every state, so your state may expect use tax on the purchase.
04Know the return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn with all tags and the original packaging. Returns are free, by courier collection or drop-off depending on where you live. Final Sale items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
