   Farfetch says its selection is carefully chosen from the best luxury brands and boutiques worldwide, and that it guarantees the authenticity of the items.

2. 02Check the packaging

   Your order comes in a protective Farfetch box. Brand dust bags or boxes are included when the brand provides them.

3. 03Keep everything until you decide

   Returns need all original tags and brand packaging. Keep the tags, boxes and dust bags until you're sure you're keeping the piece.
